At Ann's Bakeshop, we take pride in our treats; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on non-perishable merchandise and select gift sets.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a return authorization.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to the Bakeshop
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our kitchen.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
